4 It is where the first hour is the "Golden Hour", that critical time when these specialists can do the most for their patients.
4 It is the first place to go when in trouble.
4 It is the first place to respond when there is a disaster.
4 It is there for anyone, rich or poor.
4 It is there for one problem or many, for simple problems or complex.
